Feeding your baby shouldn’t feel this isolating.

Because when feeding feels hard, it’s usually not just about feeding.

Sometimes it’s exhaustion.
Sometimes it’s pain.
Sometimes it’s overwhelm, uncertainty, or feeling like everyone else somehow got a handbook you missed.

That’s why we’re so grateful to have The Lactation Clinic at The Well for Wellness.

Their team supports families through breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, oral function concerns, tongue tie support, postpartum transitions, and all the emotions that can come with them.

But one of the biggest things they offer?

Parents who feel seen while they figure it out.

And that kind of support matters.

Watching families leave feeling more confident, informed, and less alone is one of the reasons we love having them as part of this collective. 🤍

If feeding has felt harder than expected, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Send this to a mama who may need the reminder.

Some signs get dismissed.
Some get normalized.
Some we carry quietly for far too long.

Sometimes they look like:
• leaking when you laugh
• constant tension and exhaustion
• feeding that feels harder than expected
• school frustration
• carrying everything silently
• feeling disconnected from your own body

At The Well, our providers help people connect those dots earlier — with care that looks at the whole person, not just the symptom.

Because you shouldn’t have to hit a breaking point to deserve support. 🤍

You’ve probably heard of dry needling… but most people don’t realize it can support pelvic health, mobility, muscle tension, and nervous system regulation too.

Dr. Erin offers dry needling both during pelvic health physical therapy sessions and as standalone appointments at The Well in Kettering.

It’s one of the many tools she uses to help clients feel more connected, mobile, and supported in their bodies — with a whole-body approach to healing.

A lot of people are curious about dry needling but don’t know where to start or who to see for it.

That’s exactly why we offer it here.

Have questions about dry needling? Drop them below or send us a DM.

Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is trust yourself early.

Before the overwhelm.
Before the frustration.
Before the pain becomes your “normal.”
Before you convince yourself to just push through.

At The Well, our providers support people in the before — with care that’s proactive, compassionate, and rooted in listening to the whole person.

Because support shouldn’t have to start at rock bottom. 🤍

The Well is more than a place to book an appointment.

It’s a community.

A place where moms support moms.
Where providers support families.
Where care looks like education, hands-on help, shared resources, and sometimes… meeting a need before someone even knows how to ask.

This breast pump was donated through The Lactation Clinic at The Well and passed along to a mama who needed it.

That’s what happens here.

A lending library.
Supplies shared instead of wasted.
Tea and snacks in the waiting room.
Conversations that turn into support.
Providers who care about the whole person—not just the appointment on the schedule.

That’s The Well.

And that’s why this collective matters.

If you’ve ever wondered what makes The Well for Wellness different… it’s this.

People showing up for people. 🤍

A few weeks ago, we shared this little guy’s story.

His mama noticed something wasn’t quite right after he started crawling— one side seemed to lag, and diaper changes often turned into stiff “planking.”

That tension had been building.

During his session, April used gentle hands-on work, movement, and body-based support to help his nervous system and body let go.

And the updates afterward say it all 🥹

Sometimes babies don’t have the words to tell us what’s going on.

But their bodies do.

→ Stiffness.
→ Favoring one side.
→ Resistance to movement.
→ Tension that seems bigger than it should be.

Parents notice.

And when they trust that instinct early, it matters.

If something feels off, it’s worth exploring.

Summer slide is real.
But it doesn’t have to be.

At The Well, Lynne Lloyd is offering a summer program designed to keep kids learning without it feeling like school.

Through a mix of reading, writing, and social-emotional skill building, kids stay engaged, build confidence, and head into the next school year feeling more prepared—not behind.

For rising 2nd–4th graders
Small group, supportive environment

If you’ve been looking for something more intentional than just “keeping them busy” this summer—this is such a good option.

We have someone who can help with symptoms like this…especially if you’ve had a C-section.

Things like:
➡️back pain
➡️urinary urgency
➡️leakage
➡️pelvic pressure

Sometimes, it’s connected to your scar.

C-section scars can create tension and restriction that affect how your body moves and functions—and it’s something a lot of women are dealing with without realizing it.

That’s exactly what Erin works with.

Pelvic health PT here at The Well, using techniques like dry needling and manual therapy to help your body feel and function better.

You don’t have to just deal with it.

Sometimes “everything looks fine” doesn’t feel fine.

Your baby might be gaining weight…
but feeding still feels hard.
Painful. Stressful. Off.

And that matters.

Because you’re not just feeding a baby—
you’re navigating your body, your instincts, and a whole lot of conflicting advice.

At The Well, we look at the full picture.
Not just the scale.

So if something feels off, trust that.
We’ll help you connect the dots. 🤍

If you’re in that “I don’t know if this is normal” stage, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Reach out and let us help.

• be supported without judgment
• and practice new ways of relating in real time

This isn’t just something you attend.
It’s something you experience—and carry with you.

It’s easy to look back and think…
“I should’ve started sooner.”

Taking care of your body.
Slowing down.
Paying attention to what you actually need.

Or even—
reaching out for support for your child
when something doesn’t feel quite right.

But most people we see weren’t behind.
They were just carrying a lot.

Busy schedules.
Stress.
Pain that got brushed off.
Questions they didn’t know who to ask.

So no… you didn’t miss it.

You just reached the point where
you’re ready to stop pushing through
and start paying attention.

And that’s where things begin to shift.

✨ Whether it’s support for your body, your mind, or your child’s learning—
you don’t have to figure it out alone.
