The Carlyle House is proud to partner with Personally Fit of Dayton to provide our residents with an opportunity to participate in exercises with a personal trainer in order keep their strength, movement, and mobility throughout their life.
In addition to this, our activities staff provides daily group exercises done in a seated position for anyone who wishes to join in the fun!
