With temperatures dropping dangerously low, it’s important to take extra precautions to protect yourself and your loved ones.

🔥 Tips to stay warm:
• Dress in layers and cover exposed skin
• Wear a hat, gloves, and warm socks
• Limit time outdoors when possible
• Keep your home safely heated
• Stay hydrated and eat warm, nourishing foods

⚠️ Use extra caution in extreme cold:
Prolonged exposure can increase the risk of frostbite, hypothermia, muscle stiffness, and joint pain—especially for children, seniors, and those with chronic conditions.

If you’re feeling unusually stiff, sore, or achy from the cold, your body may be reacting to reduced circulation and muscle tension. Take breaks, warm up slowly, and listen to your body.

Sorry due to the snow storm, we are not going to be able to make it to the clinic. Stull Chiropractic Center will be closed Monday, January 26th. We will hopefully be open again on Tuesday. We will give a call to all our patients that were not able to come in on Monday for treatments and get you rescheduled. Stay safe and warm.
