It's that time of year! If your child requires a sports physical form, please bring this to their well visit with the history portion already completed. Call the office ASAP if they're due for a well visit this summer. If they've had a well visit in the last year you may drop off the form at the office, but please allow us a few days to complete it. Make sure to assess their temperature using a thermometer if you suspect a fever. And did you know that it's often not recommended to give over-the-counter cough and cold medications?

Good morning. I hope everyone who celebrates it had a great Christmas, and that you all are having a wonderful holiday season.

We will be making a scheduling adjustment today (Thursday, 12/26/24), scheduling patients through the noon hour and closing for the afternoon at 1pm. We still have plenty of appointment slots available this morning, and we will be open regular business hours tomorrow. Thank you so much for your time and consideration.
