Please join us at Kettle River Gatherings, your sanctuary for rejuvenation and connection! Our relaxing gathering this October 19th will focus on the seasonal changes and how they align with our lives as we reflect through yoga, art, circle and a meditative walk. Relaxing in the hot tub and spa will give you time to relax and rejuvenate. You can enjoy fresh, seasonal foods together. Come join Debbie, Tracie and Val at Kettle River Gatherings, your sanctuary for rejuvenation and connection! Experience a day of grounding activities that includes yoga, Reiki and a grounding meditative walk. September 21st will focus on our Root Chakra as we reflect through art, circle and community. Relaxing in the pool, hot tub and spa will give you time to relax and rejuvenate. Enjoy delightful foods that support your Root Chakra. Together we will seek to find balance and wellness.

Come join us as we celebrate you in our circle of women. Your afternoon will include yoga with Debbie to set your tone the new year. Tracie will offer individual Reiki Sessions for you. Together we will choose our intention for 2025, enjoy a candle lit spiral walk, create bracelets and relax in the hot tub and sauna. This is a time to celebrate you and the journey you are on in 2025.

Journey to Wholeness, Being and Becoming

Daily demands, stress or countless distractions keep us from taking time to unearth and cultivate an inner sense of who we are, that truth we often keep hidden or maybe have yet to discover. This retreat offers you that opportunity!

You will have time to slow down, be in nature, relax, reflect, and experience community as we share delicious meals and conversation with our circle of women.

As a Roadmap we will use the Chakra System to investigate how yoga and meditation help us move beyond the surface of our lives to deeper self awareness. Through understanding, mindfulness practice and insight we explore the nature of our being as inherent goodness and engage in a process to reclaim our wholeness. We discover a doorway to becoming more alive, more fulfilled and authentically present to ourselves and others.
