My Goal for this coming school year is to regulate my nervous system. And to give my family and friends tips and reminders on how to do that. Taking time out for your own self care is extremely important. not only for you but also for the ones who watch, learns from you daily. but mind and always soul things that help to get you body out of fight or flight are yoga massage walk riding bike gym good healthy outlets. As our country was just in a huge shut down due to the COVID epidemic I for some, it’s been harder to get out of the fighter flight. Anxiety ptsd all of those elements lie in the nervous system. I’m posting it on here to put my intention out into the universe and don’t forget Massage is a great way drinking a lot of water getting exercise of some sort.

Only you as a client/patient can give your healthcare providers the story about you( health history) is extremely important.
not just for LMT but for other providers such as your MD chiropractic, physical Therapist personal trainers etc.. anyone that you allow in your personal space to help you, needs to know your complete heath history. Big or small from chicken pox vaccine to breaking your big toe last Tuesday! All of it. Just a friendly reminder to talk to your health care professionals. Anything and everything you say or fill out is protected by privacy. Also grab some water. Another note ginger is a natural antioxidant I love it in my tea! Especially on these colder days. Stay warm and happy lunar new year.
