My Goal for this coming school year is to regulate my nervous system. And to give my family and friends tips and reminders on how to do that. Taking time out for your own self care is extremely important. not only for you but also for the ones who watch, learns from you daily. but mind and always soul things that help to get you body out of fight or flight are yoga massage walk riding bike gym good healthy outlets. As our country was just in a huge shut down due to the COVID epidemic I for some, it’s been harder to get out of the fighter flight. Anxiety ptsd all of those elements lie in the nervous system. I’m posting it on here to put my intention out into the universe and don’t forget Massage is a great way drinking a lot of water getting exercise of some sort.
