Henry & Stark County Health Department & First Choice Healthcare clients & patients were welcomed by staff members wearing red attire today. The staff participated in National Wear Red Day, Friday, February 6th. The health designation is a special day during February - American Heart Month - that focuses attention and awareness of women's heart health. Heart disease is the number one killer of both men and women in the US.

Family Nurse Practitioners! Are you looking for a Part-Time or even up to Full-Time employment? We would consider a flexible 3-4 day work week! First Choice Healthcare is searching for a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide family health services. Diverse nursing duties include family planning services, adult & child exams, school & employment physicals, chronic care and acute visits, as well as preventative health services.

Illinois APN/FNP license required. Computer skills & bilingual English/Spanish are a plus. Must be able to manage complex cases and work well with a team. Two years of related experience and/or training desirable. Please share with family & friends!
