Stevie Keys had the crowd smiling, toe tapping and doing the Hokey Pokey!! Rita took home the Bowling With The Champs victory this week with a high score of 105! Nancy’s cakes are the BEST! This week was Cannoli cake in celebration of the Olympics in Italy. Rudy gave it a gold medal!

Brenda makes everyone look and feel beautiful every Tuesday! Stay tuned for more hours to be added on Wednesday. We “warmed up” for Family Night Bingo with a few competitive rounds of dice games. LRC and coverall taught patience, as the #11 and 12 are hard to roll…
Then came Bingo — and not just any Bingo — FOUR generations at Carol’s table! Great-grandkids to friends and family all trying to yell “BINGO!” the loudest! Congratulations to Rita, the blackout winner of the night. Have fun shopping 😊
Hair done. Games won. Memories made. Now that’s a Tuesday!

A big shoutout to the amazing young men from St. Lawrence Seminary for calling bingo this weekend — they always bring such great energy, enthusiasm, and smiles. It’s truly a joy to have them with us!
This week was extra special as we also captured a sweet moment —and new friendship beginning 💛🧡 It’s the little moments of connection that mean the most.

Birthday Dice in celebration of those born in February! It’s always great when caregivers have the opportunity to have fun with the residents too😊. The bowling champs this week was Carol with a grand score of 103. Way to go!! In celebration of National Cherry Pie and Muffin Day, we combined the two and made cherry muffins! We did share at BINGO

BoB Welsch turned our birthday bash into a full-blown PARTY! 🎉 We celebrated in style with homemade chocolate cake by the amazing baker Nancy, handcrafted drinks from Jill, and unforgettable tunes from the one and only Bob Welsch keeping the dance floor alive. Happy Birthday to all our February guys and gals — you sure know how to celebrate! 🎂🎶

A heartfelt thank you to Judy, who distributed ashes to fellow residents for our Ash Wednesday prayer service. The Eucharist was distributed by Linda and followed by the Rosary, beautifully led by Vickie, as they faithfully do every day at 9am. We are so grateful for the dedication and devotion that fills KMG each morning.
The excitement continued with some Olympic-level action! 🥇 Rita earned “Olympic Gold” today for her incredible skill in getting the most solo cups inside the square — what a champion! Gloria was excited for her second silver medal🥈
The afternoon was all about relaxation and well-deserved pampering. From soothing treatments to calming moments, everyone enjoyed being a little extra spoiled. Though we have to ask… did Betty really fall asleep?! 😴 We heard a few giggles when someone said the head massage felt like a spider crawling on top of their head! 🕷️
Faith, fun, and friendship — just another beautiful day together. 💛

This week in our Memory Unit we had a popular wine social with words games and stories shared around the table. We also enjoyed the company of KHS students who helped us make our own version of Mardi Gras beads! These were worn for Mardi Gras Bingo! Residents won even more beads along the way!

RCAC and CBRF residents brought the spirit of Mardi Gras to life by passing out colorful beads and sharing smiles all around! We learned the beads hold a different meaning based on color. 💚 FAITH 💜JUSTICE 💛POWER
The Paczki’s were delicious for a lunch dessert. BINGO is always a friendly competition, but today everyone enjoyed popcorn and punch too. We had to indulge as much as we could on FAT TUESDAY, while making it extra special 💚💜💛
