43 years ago two foolish young kids moved to Kewaunee full of ideas and ambition. They were blessed to establish Nelson-Sivret Chiropractic Center. Through the years they raised two sons in Kewaunee and became involved in numerous organizations as a part of the community. Somehow they managed to grow older!

3 years ago....it began with a dad talking to Robin about his daughter. Thinking there wouldn't be a chance.... but two years later this beautiful, talented, intelligent woman began working with Robin, Chuck retired and Carli became part of the family.

Carli Van Goethem began her business, Root of Wellness in 2023. Carli had always wanted to buy the office and Friday, April 4th,2025, she purchased the building and practice.

Robin Nelson will continue as an employee of Root of Wellness. Shelby Delfosse, Uniquely Us Massage, will continue at the 402 Ellis St location.

Chuck and Robin want to thank all the people who have supported them through the years!

New Years Eve is a time for reflection and looking forward.
It's hard to believe but it's been 2 years since I have been blessed with Dr. Carli joining me at 402 Ellis Street. In that time, I have witnessed her build her practice and achieve professional success.
6 months ago Shelby has joined us with her massage business. In the short time she has been with us, I have watched her business grow and flourish.
We are fortunate Kewaunee residents along with surrounding community members value their health. This has allowed many thriving Healthcare facilities in our area.
As I said before, tonight is a time to look to the future. Make a commitment for 2025 to prioritize your health.
