This past summer, I decided to take my passion for helping families a step further and went back to school to become an Infant Massage Educator.

I have been asked by many community members "How did you get into infant massage?"
When my daughter struggled with sleep and tummy issues, I felt completely lost — doctors couldn’t offer much help. That’s when I discovered infant massage, and it truly changed our lives. It eased her discomfort, improved her sleep, and most importantly, it allowed us to connect in such a meaningful way.

I wanted to understand the why behind it all, so I dove deep into the research and training to learn the science that supports these beautiful results. And now, I’m so excited to bring this knowledge to our community — to help educate and empower local parents and caregivers.

The best part? These classes are completely free of charge — a heartfelt gift from me to you, because I’m so passionate about sharing the incredible benefits of infant massage. I also like to keep classes small so that each family can receive personal attention and so babies don’t become overstimulated — creating a calm, comforting environment for everyone.

I’m so excited to share that Infant Massage Classes are returning this November — every Sunday at 9:00am and 10:30am! 🍼💆‍♀️

As a parent, it’s easy to get lost in the hustle of simply trying to survive with a new addition to your family — but these sessions are a beautiful way to slow down, connect, and truly tune in to your baby’s needs.

Some of the most common questions I hear are:

✨ “How can I help my baby sleep better?”
✨ “How do I know what my baby needs?”
✨ “What essential oils are safe for my baby?”

Infant massage can help with:
