New Hours effective May 1st

As my schedule continues to fill and demand for appointments grows, I want to make sure I can continue to care for all of my amazing, loyal clients—without long waits to get in.

Because of that… hours are expanding! 🎉

Mondays: (remain the same)
• 1st & 3rd: 8am–1pm
• 2nd & 4th: 4pm–8pm
Tuesdays: 2pm–8pm (NEW extended hours)
Wednesdays: 4pm–8pm
Thursdays: 4pm–8pm
Fridays: 8am–1pm
• Last Friday of the month: 2pm–8pm (NEW!)
Saturdays: 8am–1pm

These added hours give more flexibility, help keep you on a consistent schedule, and allow us to better accommodate those times when life happens and you need to get in sooner than expected

Becoming a parent is beautiful… and sometimes VERY overwhelming.
If you’re experiencing postpartum depression, anxiety, or simply feeling touched-out and unsure, you are not alone. And you are not failing. 💛

Our Infant Massage Class is more than learning massage strokes — it’s about connection, confidence, and community.

Friday Hours Update:
Due to the growing demand for Friday evening appointments over the past couple of months, we will now be alternating every other week between Friday mornings and Friday evenings. This change allows us to better accommodate everyone’s scheduling needs!
