So, let’s have a little chat about emotions during a massage session together. 🤍

Every session is different, and that is something I truly love about this work. With each client comes a different experience, a different connection, with different emotions.

Some sessions are filled with laughter, tears, conversations and stories that have never been shared before.

I want to bring awareness to the fact that no two sessions ever look the same — even if you come in continuing work on an affected shoulder, low back pain, or simply for a full body relaxation massage.

Our bodies hold onto so much more than physical tension. Our emotions play a huge role in how our bodies function, heal, and carry tension.

What a joy to walk through those emotions with you and support you in whatever your body and mind may need that day.
