After a mastectomy, the last thing you want is yet another major surgery. With our external expansion + AFT (autologous fat transfer) procedure you will not be cut open again. Compared to the traditional methods, this involves no incisions, no new scars, and no foreign objects and it recreates a natural feeling breast with the benefit of liposuction.
Plus, you will keep as close to the normal sensation in your breasts and ni***es. The procedure is covered by insurance for breast cancer patients.

Miami Breast Center is revolutionizing breast reconstruction and breast augmentation procedures with a natural alternative using fat transfers. For over 25 years, Dr. Roger K. Khouri has developed and perfected a patient-friendly, minimally invasive procedure that utilizes the patient’s own fat to reconstruct or enhance the natural breast. He has also proven through various clinical trials that fat survival rates are dramatically better when an external vacuum expander (EVE) is used prior to the fat transfer breast surgery. He developed and has used the EVE + AFT (autologous fat transfer) procedure and has taught this technique at conferences all over the world.

The fat transfer breast reconstruction is a more natural alternative for post-mastectomy and lumpectomy breast reconstruction patients, instead of the traditional TRAM flaps, DIEP flaps and implant breast reconstruction.
