Healing can be as simple as slowing down. A moment of rest. A practice to reduce stress. Hereās one you can try:
š¤ start by becoming aware of the farthest sounds your ears can capture - allow your attention to rest & focus there. Next, let your hearing explore the sounds that are a bit closer (ie: trees rustling outside). Then, notice the noises within this roomā¦what can you hear? Finally, place your attention on the sounds of your own body (your breath, your heartbeat, etc) Gently release the practice and become aware of what has changed.
