❤️ Update on Carl ❤️

We finally have some good news — Carl is officially bacteria-free. No more infection in his body, thank God. 🙏

Unfortunately, because he’s been in the hospital so long and laying on his back, a spot of cancer on his spine — one we’ve known about for a while — caused one of his vertebrae to collapse. His back has been hurting a lot, but the doctors are taking great care of him. We are now just waiting on his back brace, and once we have that, we can finally go home.

We wish we were home right now. We are so grateful to everyone, and we’re so happy seeing all the fun and love happening at carl Fest — but also sad and a little jealous, at least I am. ❤️ We miss you all so much.

We’ll be home very soon.
