Cuba to Key West – A Night with CW C**t & Alejandro Terra w/ Special Guest: Sofia Diaz
AUG 8 at the Key West theater and celebrate the strong Key West Cuban bond, honoring a musical friendship born across borders.

When CW C**t sailed to Cuba aboard the Schooner Wolf with Admiral Finbar Gittelman for Havana’s 500th anniversary, he brought more than music, he brought the gift of a guitar. It’s a tradition he’s kept for years, offering instruments to aspiring musicians around the world. One of those was Alejandro Terra, a Cuban-American artist whose life was forever changed by CW’s generosity.

This friendship embodies the spirit of Flagship WOLF'S Waves of Change PeaceVision Voyages, designed to create positive change through music, art, history, education, and the ancient art of sail.

With a heavy heart, we are sad to report that the First Sea Lord of the Conch Republic has sailed across the bar. Three cheers to our fearless leader and Long live The Conch Republic!

As The Speaker of The House I am relaying this from Julie:
My heart breaks to share my beloved Finbar, the Peaceful Warrior,
sailed peacefully to Valhalla this morning.

Since April 2022, he kept the twinkle in his eye and sense of humor while battling one serious health issue after another.

Finbar's stubbornness and "never giver upper attitude" kept him with us longer than any doctor believed possible - a true Christmas miracle.

We are blessed and thankful for the support we received from friends and family who've helped make these last chapters as gentle as possible with so much love.

Fin enjoyed a beautiful summer and fall...and passed peacefully.

A Celebration of Life will be in April, and we'll share info when plans are confirmed.

November 30th was a big day in the Conch Republic. At a Change of Command aboard the USCGC Ingham, First Sea Lord ADM Finbar passed the helm of the CR Military to the very capable hands of GEN Scarlett Jai.

Following the ceremony the Hurricane Flags were burned and we toasted the sunset listening to Sir CW C**t.

Special thanks to the Ingam crew and C.R.A.P. Chaplain Gary End and Tiki Man Radio for providing sound and livestreaming both ceremonies for us, Civil Air Patrol Cadet Color Guard, and everyone who made the afternoon magical.
