Presenting The Pine Practice 🌲
Pine is a yin-yoga based movement practice that helps regulate the nervous system during perimenopause and menopause. Through movement, breath, and community, Pine helps to reestablish a feeling of home in your changing body.
The menopause transition (from perimenopause to post menopause) asks us for softness, not intensity. Pine’s slow, introspective, regulating nature is the perfect counterbalance to the chaos and dysregulation of hormone depletion.
Join us to ground, balance, move, breathe, soften, and listen to what the body knows.
Yoga experience not required. All bodies welcome. Props will be provided.
