My Story
As the president and CEO of Starkey, based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, Brandon Sawalich is never satisfied with the status quo. Brandon is pushing Starkey to revolutionize hearing healthcare through technological advancements, bold thinking and building high-performing teams -- leading the industry into a new decade of innovation. As the chairman of the Hearing Industries Association, Brandon works to educate Capitol Hill, government agencies and the public about the important link between hearing loss and overall health and wellness. Through both of these roles, Brandon is committed to giving those with hearing loss the tools to not only hear better, but to live healthier lives. More than 25 years in the hearing industry has taught Brandon that people must always come first. From taking care of your employees to serving your customers better than anyone else to constantly innovating for the betterment of the patient -- it's all about people helping people. No matter how the hearing industry evolves, hearing health starts with the hearing healthcare professional who provides personalized service and care.
Brandon believes in the power of kindness and is involved in a variety of philanthropic and community-based ventures in the Twin Cities and beyond. He is a supporter of Special Olympics Minnesota and is a longtime volunteer with the Starkey Hearing Foundation which provides hearing aids to people in need all over the world. In 2019, Brandon was named to the George W. Bush Presidential Center’s Executive Advisory Council. He is also part of Medical Alley's Board of Directors.
Brandon enjoys spending valuable time with his wife Stacy and their two teenage children.
