I’ve been MIA on my foodie Dietitian content, but I promise I’m getting back to it ❤️ It’s what makes me happy! Food is more than just fuel for our body…. Food nourishes us in all aspects of our entire being. It influences our hormones, self confidence, mental and emotional health, sleep, stress, healing, inflammation, longevity, weight status, fertility, relationships with ourselves and others, & so much more.
I made this quick dish in under 20min.
Airfryer wild salmon and wild Argentinian shrimp, avocado, microgreens, leftover roasted Brussels sprouts, sautéed cauliflower/broccoli/carrots, lots of Parmesan and everything but the bagel seasoning, and TRUFF sauce (to die for!!!) xx
