We had an incredible time cruising down the east coast. Returning to land after 8 days at sea..sheeeewwww..I won't lie, the post-cruise “sea legs” hit me hard - it's truly a real challenge! 😵‍💫🥴
Today marks the first day I've felt like myself again, and I'm grateful for it. (A huge thank you to Rondal Zapf at Zapf Health and Aesthetics and Dr. Mike at Around the Back for their incredible support in getting me back on track!!)

With renewed energy, I'll be catching up on texts, voicemails, and rescheduling for the next couple of days. Your understanding and patience mean the world to me.

Beginning tomorrow, I am out of the office until 2/14, unless I suddenly decide to extend my Bahamas stay until summer🏝️😜🤭
