PTSD… one thing that can help if you happen to get triggered by something is to calmly tell yourself you are safe. Remind yourself to stay in peace. Touch something near you. Try to slow down breathing reminding yourself to breath in and breath out. Seek help for someone to help you get inner healing with the triggers themselves.

Jesus tells us he never leaves us or forsakes us and he doesn’t even in the middle of horrendous circumstances. He will bring you peace once the part of you that gets triggered accepts him, and received his healing touch. He loves you!
