Ok all, I could really use your help. 💛
My sweet grandmother is turning 90! She’s in an assisted living facility, and even though our family makes sure someone visits several times a week, she still gets lonely at times.

When I asked her what she wanted for her birthday, she told me she’d love for me to mail her a card...she absolutely lights up when she gets mail from loved ones.

So I had an idea…
I would love for her to receive birthday cards from all across the country. Her birthday is December 21, this Sunday. If you feel called to brighten her day, send me a message and I’ll give you her mailing address.

Thank you, truly, to anyone who takes a moment to send her a little love. It will mean more than I can put into words. 💛✨

Loving our children comes naturally.
Loving ourselves?
That’s the part that takes practice, healing, and intention.

But every time we choose to show up for ourselves, we’re teaching them how to show up for themselves, too. ❤️

One of the greatest compliments I can receive as a therapist is during an intake when a new client says, “I was talking to my friend who sees you, and they thought you could help me too.”
Moments like that remind me that the work we’ve done together truly mattered, and there’s no bigger vote of confidence than being trusted with someone they care about. 💛
