✨Kollective Collabs are my favorite! 🤩

They’re expansive, powerful, and usually deeply eye-opening for the attendees —and tonight was no different! I had the privilege of co-facilitating a spinal energetics group session, followed by nourishing Thai massage from Kaitlyn of KP Fitness!

Group work is something extremely unique. While 1:1 sessions provide privacy and more personalized attention, group sessions are energetically HUGE. The “Kollective” container amplifies the work in ways that can only happen when we come together. Every group is different—and every one is incredibly powerful! If you haven’t tried spinal yet, either privately in my office or at a group, I encourage you to! If you have questions, please reach out. More collabs are in the works! A new chapter at The Kollective ♥️

I’ve taken full ownership of the space, which means I now care for every detail—from how it feels when you walk in, to how safely your nervous system can land while you’re here. I invite you to leave your armor at the door and fully exhale as you step into this sacred space.

This shift has allowed my work to deepen in ways I’ve felt coming for a long time. More intention. More consistency. More capacity to hold powerful healing. I hope you’re as ready as I am. 🙏🏼

With this evolution, my Spinal Energetics offerings are aligning to match the level of care and presence I bring into each session, curated carefully just for you.
