Shift is inevitable, it happens all around us everyday (even in your favorite yoga studio). That’s what yoga is best for, learning to flow through the emotions, and learning to trust the process. Move, breathe, love, and hold in gratitude our ability to stay on our path! People move through our lives, and new ones flow in. We miss our old friends, but we love the opportunity to make new ones!

After you drop the kids off at school come in and see me for some Bikram Yoga! It consists of 26 poses and two breath works that are designed to increase flexibility and mobility, as well as wringing out the toxins in your body. Combined with our infrared heaters you will detox and destress!
