Aloha Yogi Friends,
Unfortunately the weather is causing us to cancel Yoga In The Park yet again tomorrow. (Wed, 12/28).
Stay warm and stay tuned for weather updates and class offerings.
In the meantime feel free to join me for indoor climate controlled yoga every Tuesday at 9:30 AM at PureFIT in downtown New Smyrna Beach just a few blocks away from Canal Street. (323 N. Orange St.) You do not have to be a member at the gym to attend my yoga classes. All props including yoga mats, blocks and straps are provided as well as excellent child care available on site.

Get ready for a great digestive focused week of classes from me! 🍽🦃🥔🍠 First, Tuesday at I’ll be leading a Gentle Flow class that focuses on digestive twists and gentle supported poses and breathing techniques that will give you that refreshed feeling you need to jumpstart your holiday week! Then, on Wednesday you can join me at Riverside Park for for Morning Flow Yoga at 8am. You will feel stretched, strengthened and ready for Thanksgiving!
