nidra is a sleep-based guided meditation offering effortless disengagement from over-thinking or anxious menta a we enter a space between waking and sleeping. This is the most relaxing and easiest form of meditation you nidra is practiced while lying down with eyes closed. Body, breath, and awareness techniques are used to facilita ation. Yoga nidra allows the body to restore itself, balancing excess stress and supports the prevention of stress-se at the root. Yoga Nidra effects shifts from the state of meditation with the use of intention.
