Seven Lives You Should Be Searching For⁣

1. A Life of Purpose⁣
If you are the sole beneficiary of your life, don’t be surprised if you are left wanting. The great mystery is how a life lived for others fulfills us the most. ⁣

2. A Life of Joy⁣
Happiness is an emotion. Emotions are too fleeting and way too fickle to be used as a goal. Instead, choose a life of joy. Joy is a choice. It’s made up of dreams, gratefulness, and contentment. ⁣

3. A Life of Adventure⁣
In order to have what you want, you’ll have to risk failing. But if you don’t risk failing, you guarantee it in the form of mediocrity, crushed dreams, and what-if’s. ⁣

4. A Life of Love⁣
One of our greatest needs is to be loved. The only way to have this need met is to love others.⁣

5. A Life of Responsibility ⁣
Most would say they already have this, but they don’t. This life of responsibility I’m talking about is a life without blame, excuses, or explanations. Taking responsibility for your life in this way means being responsible for every thought, word, and action. Not everything that happens will be your fault, but you can take responsibility for your every response. ⁣

6. A Life of Growth⁣
An ancient philosopher once said, “The more you know, you know that you don’t.” Never stop learning. Never settle for average. Push yourself to grow every single day. ⁣

7. A Life That Will Show You What You’re Made of⁣
If your life doesn’t test you, then it’s killing you. I’m not talking about a job. I’m talking about a mindset. Do something that makes you come alive instead of all the things that make you feel dead inside. The most dangerous thing you will ever do is wake up the sleeping giant of who you really are. This giant is the absolute best version of yourself.⁣

I spent last year living in the moment. Living every moment. ⏳
I had some exceptional happenings in 2019 that required my full attention.
So I took a step back, away from focusing on my goals and pushing myself through my own expectations.
As I sit here now, I have taken some time this month to decide what this new decade means to me, and what exactly I would like to bring into my life. I always seem to feel this delightful energy when certain aspects are on the precipice of change... and I am ready to achieve with all my might.

Sauna time... has been extra necessary this week. 🤪 While I sweat it out in there and clear my head, I take the opportunity to do some deep core work. I focus on the deeper abdominals (transversus abdominis) and many deep spinal support muscles. Keeping these deep core muscles strong is essential to maintaining a healthy back for life, and even more important for women after having children. Trust me ladies, don’t overlook them! 💪🏻🔥💦🥵🧘🏼‍♀️ . . . . . . . . . |

Our Story

I began my career in Wellness in March of 2010. I am fascinated with the mechanics of the human body and passionate about helping others achieve lifelong health & fitness, and feeling their absolute best. Along with an experiential understanding of the body and its kinesiology, from being an athlete my entire life, I have also completed an in depth study of the muscular, skeletal, & nervous systems. I have been fortunate to have spent over 6 years working under some of the best Chiropractic doctors in Southern California.

I am a Mom of 3 totally awesome kids, a breast cancer warrior, and an outdoor enthusiast. I enjoy many activities such as hiking, horseback riding, camping, trail running, snowshoeing, kayaking, lifting weights/fitness, photography, and reading. (Just to name a few.) My career is one of my greatest joys, and I am truly grateful for each day that I get to share my passion and help others live their life at its best.
