Women's Circle is back!! ♀️🟣⚧️ We're very excited to announce this whole new series in collaboration with Allison Joseph from NewStories.org . Starting this Friday Nov 21 from 3:30-5pm at 🔥❄️🌴

🪷 This group offers women the opportunity to heal and restore their connection to their bodies, hearts, and each other through Re-Storying and Re-Storing practices. Combining heat and cold therapy with dialogue, breathwork, and somatic/embodied practices, women support one another in releasing limiting narratives and stepping into life-affirming stories. Ally Joseph will hold this space, bringing over a decade of experience in community facilitation with an integrated approach drawing from Internal Family Systems, embodied therapy, somatic healing, breathwork, shadow work, and nature-based therapeutics 🪷

NOVEMBER at CURE looks like THIS 🍁❄️🌴

MONDAYS are still private sessions all day + Co-Ed 5-7pm

WEDNESDAYS are always Co-Ed 3-5 and 5-7 (11/12 and 11/26 both sessions are VipasSauna aka Silent Sauna - Wed 12th Anandra George will lead one of her magical and popular Mantra Sauna sessions from 5-7pm .in

FRIDAYS are also always Co-Ed from 2-4pm and 5-7pm (except 11/7 which will be regular 3-5 and 5-7) - Men's Circle with Henry Edwards will be 11/14 and 11/28 from 4-5pm. And on Friday 11/21 we have a big surprise news: Women's Circle is coming back with a beautiful new container series with Allison Joseph@ambiguiti 🟣♀️💜 we're very excited about this new project and will be sharing more info soon. Don't miss it!

SATURDAYS are always Co-Ed 3-5pm and 5-7 except 11/29 which will be Co-Ed 3-5 followed by Q***r Sauna. On 11/1 will share a deep dive workshop on the water energy of the winter ❄️💧 and on 11/15 and 11/29 Dr Andrew Lane Cawthon of will be available for one-on-one sessions of Conscious Body Coherence 🧠🫀🫁

11/26 and 11/28 will be special Thanksgiving sessions to celebrate the start of Makahiki Season, so keep an eye out for those as well!

Also, , & are back Nov 12 soooo come celebrate and hear some stories freshly baked over 6 months in Europe, including Kauatello Fest 2025 in Italy to mark 6 years together, honeymooning on the Dolomites, a new album of original music by and and much much more ❤️‍🔥
