I’m writing this upon waking from a powerful dreamy Pisces Lunar Eclipse.  In my dream I was taken back to Avalon, a land I was blessed to visit back in May of this year (more on that in another email!) In that dream I was reminded of the liminal space between the worlds where the veil is thin: reality and the dreamtime.

I am feeling the balanced Autumnal Equinox energy strongly as we have a reached a still point in the turning of the wheel of the year. A time of equal day and equal night. With that energy arising I invite you to take a deep breath and pause for a moment. Tune in to the messages of your heart and womb/hara and just breathe in the balance. 

Pelvic Steam Awareness week is a time for steam practitioners across the globe to share about the health benefits of pelvic steaming. Over the course of the week I will be sharing more about my personal history with Pelvic Steaming, offering specials on my products and services, and launching my new mentorship!

This past weekend’s New Moon in Sagittarius healing circle was pure magic. I absolutely love weaving with my sister Capri. We didn’t get any videos to share this round but the feedback from those that received was a feeling of being sung to by an angel. We had a special guest appearance by my beloved on didgeridoo adding to the unique qualities of this journey. Looking forward to co-creating more of these events in 2024. oin Jolyn & Capri as they guide you through a healing journey for the New Moon in Libra. Moon circles are a way for us to come together with like-minded individuals to honor and connect with the energy of the moon. This is a closed container in which we will set sacred space, share gratitude, meditate and breathe our intentions into being for this lunar phase. Jolyn provides an Acupuncture & tuning fork session with points especially chosen to support you in attuning to the frequency of the New Moon.

We are delighted to have Capri, a woman who embodies the archetype of Divine Mother through sound, join us for this month's New Moon circle.
She weaves an alchemy of healing from her studies of the subtle body to offer a unique soundscape that soothes the heart and calms the mind.

There will be time for oracle cards reflection, journaling, and some warm tea as we close the circle and float off into the dark night.

For this event Akamu will provide you with either a massage table or yoga mat & pillows. Jolyn requests you wear loose fitting clothes so she can access your lower legs & abdomen.
If you require an eye mask we have some for sale or feel free to bring your own from home. Keep in mind the room has AC, we do have a few blankets at the studio but if you know you tend to run cold during meditation or acupuncture please bring your own for your comfort during your Acupuncture/Sound Healing journey. Socks might also be nice!
