An earlier sunrise and sunset aligns more closely with your body’s natural circadian rhythm, the internal 24-hour clock that follows light and dark.
A well-aligned circadian rhythm supports sleep quality, hormone regulation, metabolism, and cardiovascular health.
It even helps your cells repair and restore more effectively.
But earlier sunsets can affect mood and motivation.

Let’s be honest—most people don’t like to talk about p**p. But from a holistic and functional medicine perspective, your stool is one of the best ways to understand what’s really happening inside your body. It’s like a daily progress report from your gut, liver, and colon!

✨ Here’s what your body might be saying:

Color: Healthy stool should be medium to dark brown. Very pale, black, or red tones can sometimes indicate issues with bile flow, internal bleeding, or nutrient absorption.

Shape & Consistency: Smooth, well-formed stools (like a banana) are ideal. Hard, dry pellets can point to dehydration, sluggish digestion, or too little fiber. Loose, watery stool can signal irritation, infection, or food sensitivities.
