Kind Yoga invites you to join the venerable monks concluding their 2,300 mile Walk for Peace. This is a free event but donations are welcome and will be used for peace efforts.
 
The studio will be open for the start of the live stream at 4:30pm as a safe space to be still and participate in this global meditation. The studio will open at 6pm for a silent movement class while the livestream continues in the background. All are welcome to stay in stillness or join the movement.
