We were delighted to welcome a wonderful group of FFES 2nd graders to our community on Friday💕! These sweet students filled our building with laughter and joy as they sang, danced, shared handmade cards, and even went trick-or-treating with our residents. 🎶💌🍬👻

It was such a heartwarming day filled with smiles across all generations — a perfect reminder that kindness and connection make every holiday a little brighter. 🧡 A big THANK YOU to the teachers, music teacher, art teacher and Spring Arbor staff for their hard work making this a special event! 💓

Our 2025 Halloween Party was a hit! 🎃👻🧡💜🖤The kitchen staff knocked it out of the park with delicious food & fun creative desserts! 3 lucky residents won the costume categories contest 🏅
We also were able to celebrate Lucille’s 101st birthday together by singing to her & enjoying some cake.

✅ Lots of laughter & social time

We learned all about Pumpkins from the NC State Extension Master Gardener Volunteers, Dare County! Making “Pumpkin Fluff” to eat was the highlight & enjoyed by all! 🎃

Melanie Bunn joins us to help full time caregivers balance self care while they are providing important care for their loved ones living with dementia.
November 10th 10am- noon. Coffee and pastries from Wake & Take will be provided.

Welcome to Spring Arbor Oktoberfest! 🇩🇪🍺🥨 We transformed the Activity Room into a mini-Oktoberfest & had a ton of fun! Residents could experience a little taste of Germany by sampling bratwurst, Bavarian sauerkraut, spaetzle noodles with mushroom gravy, chicken schnitzel bites, pretzel bread, Hofbrau Oktoberfest bier, apple juice & some German sweet treats! We played videos on YouTube that were from this years Oktoberfest so it felt like we were there watching the fun games they play & partaking in the good times!

We were blessed to have Dave Swenson E.E. perform for us recently. He is a very talented pianist and traveling ministry.
The residents enjoyed his music & message and we wish him the best of luck in his journeys! Keep up the good work Dave! 🎹✝️

Pink Poodle Party Pics!!! 💗🎀🌸🌺🩷We had a special guest grace us with her appearance, a REAL POODLE named Lady Magnolia! 🐩 The ladies enjoyed petting her & visiting. 💞💞💞Thank you to her owner, Ann, for bringing her.
