Winding down after a full day… and let me say this:
Facebook has locked me out of my personal page I only have access to my business page right here and my Instagram so I'm still going to figure that out somehow but I didn't allow that to blow my whole day because God is good and we're still going to pivot and make things work

💛 Whether today felt strong or a little scattered — you made it.
💪 Whether you stayed on track or slipped a bit — you still have the power to reset.

🌞 First day of summer. ☀️
💍 My daughter Mitzi and Taylor’s anniversary.
💚 And a perfect day to reflect on how far I’ve come—and why I’m still going.

Almost 4 years ago, I hit my breaking point.
I had tried it all—HCG drops, SlimFast, keto, you name it. But the cravings kept coming. The weight kept climbing. At just 5 feet tall, 238 lbs was a heavy load to carry—physically, emotionally, spiritually. My blood pressure skyrocketed. I was put on statins and cholesterol meds. I felt defeated. Hormones raging. Lost in perimenopause. No mama or grandma to lean on.

But I made a choice. 🙏
To live longer.
To live stronger.
To be here for my grandchildren—and their children too.
Today, I’m 58. I’ve outlived my mom and my aunt. I have my eyes on 82 and beyond—just like my great-aunt.

And I’m doing it by putting God first…
And my health right next to it. 💪
