Whew what a journey of self discovery and healing!! It's not over yet there's a new chapter forever unfolding. Here's what 2020-2025 taught me 🗣✨️🌸

1. You've got to love yourself. If you don't then who else can even truely do it.
2. Don't hold on to unsaid words. Get them out in healthy ways. Unless they fester and destroy your mind.
3. If you don't look for the simple joys in life they will definitely pass you by.
4. There's so much to have gratitude for.
5. Live in the Now. There's nothing that can be changed in the past and the future is not here. Live for today.
6. Understand your past. Learn from it. You don't go through trials for nothing. They are for a purpose, wake up and see it. learn whatever it is so you don't have to go through it again.
7. Cycles of damage/trauma repeat themselves unless you stop them.
8. Grow into the leader you have always wanted to see.
9. Be kind.
10. Learn patience
11. You have the ability to do hard things.
12. The mind limits.
13. Don't let fear keep you from doing.
14. Do it scared.
15. Embrace all parts of yourself.
16. Give yourself grace.
17. You are a wierdo
18. Have fun. Enjoy life and all the joy in it.
19. Love someone as they are. You can't change them.
20. Love God. He is the one who created it all. Everything that I love, he created. How can I not love him. He created me.
21. Live authentically.
22. Unsaid personal truths destroy the mind and body.
23. Learn to be truthful with yourself.
24. Mean what you say and do it.
25. You are uniquely created. There is no other like you.
26. Everyone has a purpose.
27. You have the potential to be everything to yourself that you needed from others.
28. Enjoy the simple things in life.
29. Slow down enough to hear. Your heart and another small still voice.
30. It's not your responsibility to heal others to the point of breaking down.
31. Boundaries are so important!! Learn all the ways why!
32. Live each day to the fullest! Yesterday is gone and tomorrow is not here.
33. Dance to the beat of your own drum!
34. Not everyone who smiles in your face in a safe space.
35. We wrestle not against flesh and blood but man get away from those who bring out the worst in you.
36. Energy vampires are real. Protect your heart.
37. Out of the heart the mouth speaks, so listen. & actions speak louder than words so you have to pay attention to that too.
38. You can do anything you want to, it just takes a changing of your heart, mind and soul.
39. God is not the author of confusion and does not want you to be of a disordered mind.
40. Yahuah is the Ultimate Healer!! & He will never leave you or forsake you ❤️ ✨️
