3 tips for achieving the BEST 3D/4D ultrasound images!

💛 Schedule during your baby’s most active times!
-If you notice more kicks in the morning, aim for a morning appointment, if you notice more in the afternoon, try an afternoon time! If you need to, eat or drink sugary things to wake them up😉 Sometimes babies will sleep with their backs turned to us making ultrasound images hard to get. Get those babies moving!

💛If you have multiples, schedule around 22-26 weeks, singleton babies, schedule between 26-30+ weeks
-With multiple babies, space gets tight in there FAST! The sooner you book a 3D appointment the better we can see them!

💛HYDRATE HYDRATE HYDRATE SOME MORE!
-Take in as much fluid as you can, drink plenty of water daily, eat hydrating foods, etc… The more hydrated you are, the more clear and crisp your pictures will be!

As we welcome 2026, we want to take a minute to look back on 2025!
698 gender reveals, 59 sets of twins and 3 sets of triplets. Countless heartbeats and the cutest faces. We couldn’t ask for better!
Another wonderful year is in the books! We so incredibly grateful for each and every family who has walked through our doors.
