The enemy comes for the strong. It comes through people. It comes in situations. It’s nothing but energy. It tries to keep your worried, stressed out, and bothered about things you often can not control. It ruins lives. It reminds you who you use to be and what you use to say. It’s an every day battle to tune it out for some.

This is why life is a battle field of the mind. Keep your mind busy. Get you a good hobby. Learn how to meditate. Consider therapy for someone to talk to. Journal your thoughts and leave them on the paper.

Sometimes you have to talk to yourself a little bit. You have to tell those thoughts the devil is a lie and keep moving.

I strongly believe in rewarding children. If you have helpful children put them on an allowance system if you can. Give them something that shows them you appreciate them. If you don’t have money it may be something you can do. These kids need to feel appreciated just like we want to.

An unbalanced mate keeps you behind. No one is perfect but when we get with people we have to see beyond their looks. You can be stagnant because they are. True mates balance you so if it’s not a good balance you will become unbalanced. Your partner will start to deplete you. You will feel like something is wrong with you when it’s truly your connection to them. This includes all ships. Work… Friends… family… relationships

The rejection is protection. You get to choose to stay.
