The Cohen Clinic at Endeavors stands in support of all those affected - including families, first responders, volunteers, and members of the Coast Guard and Texas National Guard involved in rescue and recovery efforts.

Natural disasters can affect people in many ways, often bringing up emotional distress. Please know that support is available:

For this year’s Cohen Veterans Network Day of Giving, the Cohen Clinic at Endeavors in Killeen visited the William R. Courtney State Veterans Home in Temple, Texas - a place dedicated to caring for those who served.

The team divided into two groups to spend meaningful time with both the general population and memory care veterans. They assisted with physical activity classes, led a memorable show and tell event, and shared stories and companionship with residents in the memory care unit. As a special gesture, the team also brought cookies and personally delivered them to all residents.

What is CVN’s Day of Giving? It’s a day to learn about and take action to address the needs of our community. It’s a moment to pause, reflect, and recognize the impact each of us can have in creating change.
