Rosewood Heights Welcome to our new page! Here you can find what upcoming events we will be holding for our residents and the Central Texas community.

Rosewood Heights provides best-in-class skilled nursing, short-term care, long-term care, rehabilitation therapy and respite care that Makes Lives Better for families in Killeen and the surrounding communities. Along with our Life Enrichment Director, we have volunteers from local area businesses who assist us every day in providing fun, educational, and functional activities for those residents who are proud to call The Rosewood their home. Feel free to browse through our pictures and come by to meet our professional staff and spend some time. Any member of our team will be happy to visit with you and show you around when you choose to come by for a tour!
