Something about such a beautiful expression of love really resonates. I’m in Puerto Rico at Poet’s Passage in Old San Juan. The husband/wife couple owns the space for 15 years and has cultivated a space full of curiosity.

What can we learn from being curious about what would happen if we took a deep breath and leapt into our dreams?

What would happen if we took a deep breath and settled into a deep warrior pose or forward fold. So many things. The processes are parallel.
