We provide acute care, chronic care and care to Bell County Indigent patients. The Greater Killeen Community Clinic sees Acute care patients, Chronic care patients with illnesses such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, and BCIHC. The Clinic is open Monday thru Thursday by appointment only from 8am to 5pm. Items you must need to bring to your scheduled appointment are:

1. Social Security (optional)
3. Proof of Residence
4. Proof of Income
a. paid monthly - 1 pay stub
b. paid bi-weekly - 2 pay stubs
c. paid weekly - 4 pay stubs
5. Proof of Food Stamps, Child Support, Unemployment, SSI Disability, etc.
