FREE YOGA

This all-levels class is FREE and open to Veterans, Active Duty Military, First Responders, Teachers, Healthcare, & Veterinary Professionals & their support givers.
Yoga has been proven to facilitate recovery and resilience, bring the nervous system back toward balance, and helps to alleviate some symptoms that the elevated levels of stress, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation that can accumulate over extended periods of time while in these careers (and others that are similar in nature) can lead to PTSD, insomnia, depression and anxiety, and many other mental and physical ailments and symptoms. Yoga improves overall mental and physical strength, flexibility, and balance, and begins to clear the mind, bringing us back to being comfortable in our bodies. By incorporating movement, breathwork, meditation, and other grounding and mindfulness techniques, yoga can become a practice that will sustain you for a lifetime.
