Happy Tuesday Tree Pro Fam! Recently, we added a crane to our fleet. As you can see, a couple of our guys are absolutely LOVING it!
Here are a few main reasons on why we chose to add a crane to our everyday operation!
1. Increased Safety
Reduces risk to workers by minimizing climbing and chainsaw use in unstable or hazardous trees.
Keeps ground crew out of danger zones, as sections are lifted away instead of dropped.
2. Efficiency & Speed
Speeds up the process by allowing large sections of the tree to be removed at once.
Reduces time spent rigging and lowering branches manually.
3. Access to Difficult Areas
Ideal for trees in tight or confined spaces, such as near buildings, power lines, or over structures.
Minimizes impact on landscaping, since there’s less movement of heavy equipment on the ground.
4. Precision
Cranes allow for controlled lifting and placement, making it easier to manage large limbs or trunk sections without damaging nearby structures or property.
5. Lower Physical Strain (Pictured below🤣)
Less strenuous for climbers and ground crew compared to traditional methods, potentially reducing injury and fatigue.
