Are you suffering from digestion issues? Singing bowls placed on the body can help calm your nervous system, and within minutes your stomach will start to gurgle, as digestion kicks into high gear. Whether you are dealing with indigestion, a lack of appetite, diarrhea, constipation, or even muscle tension, Tibetan bowls can help reset proper digestion again. The sound and vibration of the bowls encourage the body to enter the parasympathetic state called “rest and digest’. This state is essential for optimal digestion, as it allows the body to focus on processing food and absorbing nutrients. The bowls also help promote better muscle function in the digestive tract.

Vegetable carpaccio is the perfect starter because it's super easy to prepare and can be stored in the refrigerator. This way, you can surprise your guests with a delicious, healthy snack while still having plenty of time for the main course without getting stressed.

While vegetable carpaccio with pesto is great as a starter, it's just as perfect as a main course on a warm summer evening. If you're planning the carpaccio as a main course, the recipe has the right amount for one person. As a starter, the portion is enough for two to four people.

Ingredients
• 1 avocado, halved with the pit removed and sliced very thin
• ½ mango, sliced very thin
• 3 tbsp pine nuts, lightly toasted
• ½ red onion, finely diced
• 3 dates, finely diced
• Pesto, homemade or store-bought (you just need a drizzle!)

Directions:
1. Gently place the sliced avocado on a plate with the mango slices.
2. Sprinkle the finely diced red onion, dates, and pinenuts on the two fruits.
3. Drizzle the pesto and add a few fresh basil leaves and/or lime wedges for garnish if you wish.

We love to serve this apple manchego salad to guests as everyone raves about it. Using super simple ingredients, it’s easy to make and super healthy too! It makes a great side dish for any main dishes or protein you may have on the menu🍎🧀🍏

Ingredients
• 2 Honeycrisp apples, cut thinly into matchsticks
• 2 Granny Smith apples, cut thinly into matchsticks
• 6 oz. manchego cheese, can also use sharp white cheddar or swiss
• 1 small lemon, juiced
• 2-3 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
• 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
1. Combine chopped apples and lemon juice in a bowl and mix together to prevent browning.
2. Add all other ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
3. Serve immediately.
