Mary Lee has been with Lancashire Post Acute for over 46 years. Through all of the changes and challenges the company has endured over the years, her passion has shown that true dedication isn’t measured in hours worked, but in the care and heart that you bring in every day.

When asked what motivates her to achieve excellence in the workplace she simply shared, “People. The residents and their families.”

As we welcome a new year, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our dedicated team! Your commitment is essential to our community, and together, we can achieve even greater milestones in 2026. ✨

Employees from our activities department recently reflected on their 2025 year with Lancashire. Their favorite moments were summer cookouts and holiday parties where they enjoyed fresh air, great food and music with our residents. They are looking forward to continuing their goal of introducing new and creative activities for the residents to enjoy in the year ahead!
