Change doesn’t happen overnight. I’ve worked on me for over a decade. I’ve sat with my torn and broken heart. I’ve sat with my sorrow. I’ve asked myself all the hard questions. I’ve owned up to my mistakes and wrongs. I’ve brought awareness to my self so that I can catch myself slipping. If you won’t do the hard work, if you keep running from what hurts you, you’ll never see the change. I’ve come from su***de attempts and hating myself to self love, boundaries, and manifesting my dreams. Don’t think you can skip the shadow work… you’ll find yourself in a circle of your own hot mess.
