Grace Senior Living Breaks Ground in Kimball Township - New Assisted Living & Memory Care Community Opening Soon
Grace Senior Living is proud to announce the groundbreaking of its newest Assisted Living and Memory Care community, located in the heart of Kimball Township. With construction well underway and the building is already framed with cosmetic finishes being completed, the community is preparing to welcome residents within the next few months. This thoughtfully designed community will offer a warm, supportive environment for seniors seeking personalized care, independence, and meaningful connection. Residents will enjoy beautifully appointed private suites, inviting common areas, and secure memory care accommodations tailored to the unique needs of individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
“Our mission is simple but powerful: to ensure that every person in our community—including our residents, families, and employees—feels Loved, Listened To, and Respected,” said Louie Telegadas, Managing Partner of Grace Senior Living. “We’re raising the bar on every facet of senior living, and we’re honored to bring this much-needed service to Kimball Township.”
Grace Senior Living is deeply rooted in the local community. The Telegadas family, founders of the beloved Four Star Grille nearly 50 years ago, has long been committed to serving the people of St. Clair County. This new venture fulfills a long-standing goal to bring high-quality senior care to the area. Backed by over 25 years of expertise in Senior Living, Home Health, Physical Therapy, and Food Services, the ownership team—Louie Telegadas, Andrew Kovacs, Mark Kincer, and David Fulkerson—brings a wealth of experience and passion to the project. Mark Kincer and his wife Kim Kincer moved to St. Clair County 20 years ago that started a Physical Therapy specializing in Senior Living Communities and saw the need for raising the bar for care in Senior Living communities. The Kimball Township community already has a seasoned management team lead by Christine Fitzpatrick, a resident of Fort Gratiot having 20 plus years in Senior Living, along with dedicated care professionals and food service staff ready to deliver excellence from day one. According to Telegadas, the assisted living and guided living rooms will surround a common area containing a dining room, movie theater, hair salon, living rooms, a physical therapy room, and an activity room. The idea is to have everything contained in the community, making life easier for the residents and their families. “Which is important when you are 95,” said Telegadas. Grace Senior Living will offer a full calendar of life-enrichment activities, chef-prepared meals, wellness programs, and 24/7 professional care—all designed to promote dignity, joy, and connection. Located at 25 S. Range Road, the new community will create dozens of local jobs and serve as a hub for senior care excellence in St. Clair County.Community members are invited to follow the progress and learn more about upcoming events, open house dates, and pre-leasing opportunities by visiting www.graceseniorliving.com or contacting the Grace Senior Living team directly at 810.364.6983
