“Gratitude is the highest vibration for magick.”

For me, Gratitude is embodied taking walks in the woods along French Creek at 3:33 on a Leap Year (“work”) Day, celebrating 4 years in biz for and with my Self.

Gratitude is re-imagining how you creatively inhabit worth, Self, care and genius and the expression you bring to the world around you.

Today people listened to me teach the Enneagram. Deep Magick Gratitude.

Psilocybin Lesson #2

Suz here again: Ta**us sun & moon/ Sagittarius Rising…musings from my first psilocybin journeys continue to pour out—integration continues long after the journey is over….

The Earth is super tired of our waste and needs our help removing it.

Like concentric circles moving outwards it’s good to start with removing it from the lands closest to us—here’s some goodies we found at Devil’s Pool— in one of my favorite Philly places: Wissahickon Park.

As major metropolitan cities go, the woods and wilds of Wissahickon creek and park make Central Park look quite limited (in my opinion anyway…). Philly is just way cooler :)

If you’re gonna have a fire and root beer liquer party at Wissahickon—pack it out!

If you’re strolling through, take a bit of trash with you—or even better send money to Friends of the Wissahickon for all the work they do! (Second pic has all their info)

Also: WHY the ficketty f**k are we still drinking water from single use plastic??

Psilocybin Lesson #1

Hi there!

A quick intro: I am Suz, a Ta**us Sun & Moon, Rising Sagittarius (Enneagram 926) who just experienced my first psychedelic journeys and wish to share the wisdom this fungi offered me.

I learned (or rather re-learned) the importance of these words:

Earth. Love. And. Release (Repeat).

Earth: the Earth is mirroring the level of trauma its humans are grappling with. To heal our collective and individual trauma wounds we MUST begin with Earth Consciousness.

Love: If we begin with the Earth’s care in mind, we will begin to feel the love She has for us—always. We can actually feel the Love within and for our Selves. For a formerly Self-loathing kinda person (with a strong history of Religious woundings) the felt sense of the Earth’s Love for all its creation—is a life changing experience that (for me) could only be touched with the help of magic mushrooms medicine.🍄

And: not or. Not but. Just And.

Release: releasing a fear of scarcity is possible. Letting things die is possible (and recommended!). You really can survive it.

(Repeat): life is a Cycle. The Earth can really teach us this. The more you resist the cycles of birth, sustaining and death/destruction the more suffering we will all feel.

More Psilocybin lessons to come. As a “therapist” in the American “healthcare” system, I see psilocybin putting us out of business as we have been practicing it: and I am SO here for that.

Mushroom’s job is to destroy the waste and we’ve got lots of waste to release in this culture—colonialism, patriarchy, dogma, scarcity, supremacism, ableism……. I think we humans need a bit of help to do that.
