IS YOUR GARAGE GETTING FULL. HAVE YOU BEEN PUTTING OFF DROPPING OFF YOUR DONATIONS BECAUSE IT WAS TOO FAR OUT OF TOWN. WELL HERE IS YOUR CHANCE.

You can help Fiestabetes raise money for our program. Goodwill is partnering up with us to collect donated items in King City. We need your help to fill the Goodwill donation truck up. If we do, Goodwilll may give Fiestabetes a check for up to $1000.

Fiestabetes thanks Theresa Wright Public Relations manager of KSBW for an outstanding interview with founder Ana Greenberg and students of the program. This was a great opportunity to bring awareness to Monterey County community that is being affected by Diabetes, Hypertension and Obesity at an alarming rate.

Thank You for your participation to Fiestabetes first ever “Dance Through The Decades” fighting against diabetes fundraising event. We had an amazing evening beginning with one of Andy’s delicious meals. Kasey’s dancers kicked off our dancing with songs and moves from the 50s & 60s.
I want to extend my Thanks to all those individuals that contributed in keeping Fiestabetes moving ahead specially Dr. Phui our medical director, Dr. Vizcarra our medical advisor and my greatest supporter my husband Dr. Greenberg our medical advisor. And to all our sponsors that help to make this event a huge success.

Grand prize winner of the 4 day Baja Mexico Cruise was Mr. & Mrs. John Jernigan.

Happy Monday everyone. Just a quick reminder that King City Fiestabetes will not be meeting this week and will resume on May 10th @ 10 am for the adults class and 4pm for the childrens class. Greenfield and San Ardo classes are on break and will not resume until September 2012. If you have been going to the Greenfield and San Ardo Class we would love for you to attend King City's class until your classes start back up in September 2012. Hope to see you there.
