✨ Face Cupping ✨
Cupping is not only for the body — it can also be used on the face! ❤️

I personally enjoy it for:
✔️ Feeling relief from sinus pressure
✔️ Supporting gentle lymphatic flow
✔️ Promoting a refreshed look

Many athletes also notice facial muscles get tight — from clenching during lifting or intense matches. Face cupping may help release tension and bring more comfort around the jaw and head area.
