Wellness Within is a massage studio that specializes in therapeutic bodywork to address the physical maintenance needs of the working & retired community. Contemporary cupping methods & other integrative modalities are also applied to meet the specific physical, mental & spiritual needs of each client. These quality complementary health services are offered in the heart of town behind the Mary Washington Urgent Care facility. In addition to providing therapy at the studio, we offer hassle free Mobile Services to accommodate individual therapy sessions, spa parties & on-site chair massage for business/personal events. Services are available in regions of Fredericksburg, King George, Westmoreland County, Stafford, Caroline County, and beyond. Amy is certified in various modalities such as Contemporary Cupping by the International Cupping Therapy Association & has completed Infant Massage Education courses through Infant Massage USA. Other various massage modalities include but are not limited to Deep Tissue and Deep Pressure, Hot Stone Therapy, Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage and Medical Massage treatment. Our hours vary as we try to be flexible for clients & maintain a healthy balance in our personal life. The hours listed on our page are a general idea of when appointments are available but they are always subject to change based on the amount of appointments that are booked, when clients can get to the studio & personal life. In addition, we try to return all messages, phone calls & emails within 1-2 business days. We may offer online scheduling in the future but currently we are not ready for that step. closing out this with some reflection — working in this community over the last 10 years has brought me friendships & quality relationships of a lifetime… I truly feel so lucky & so blessed that my J.O.B. allows me the gift to create relationships with so many of you.

Iris asked me today on the way into work who my favorite client is… and I told her there was no way to pick a “favorite” because I love all of you for different reasons & every person impacts my life differently. A literal treasure. Some of you are the cool aunts, the fun uncles, the grandpas, the long lost sister, the girlfriends; some literally remind me of my late godmother who I called Aunt Carol & others so similar to my Grammy…

Each one of you are so so special in your own ways..& as many times as y’all encourage me & boost me up in life… I hope that you too are encouraged & lifted up (10 fold!❤️)

Just wanted you to know you’re loved & worthy - worthy of care, kindness, joy, peace, love, healing, and so much more.
