Reiki Heals Dating Issues
I have a counseling client we will call Cindy. She had recently started dating and a lot of shame had begun surfacing about a long-term affair that she had during her marriage. She reported that she was obsessing over the shame. I activated all the symbols and began sending Holy Fire Reiki back to the original cause of the shame of the affair. I heard in my mind the following issues that we cleared or made progress on: fear of getting divorced, the pain of experiencing her parent’s divorce, shame of getting divorced, fear of being a single mother with three special needs kids, fear of living away from her family and being all alone if she got separated, disappointment in being married to a workaholic, sadness in being married to her husband who was emotionally unavailable, fear she was unattractive, fear she would never find love again, fear of hurting her husband and the wife of her affair partner, needing support during her marriage, and shame of the affair. Because she had previously mentioned feeling like the black sheep in her family due to constant criticism and comparison to the golden child of the family, we worked on that next. We cleared criticism from her, her mother, and then going back through all the relationships in her family and through the family lineage.

Then I heard that the Holy Fire energy wanted to provide her with grace and forgiveness. I had done the prior work with my hands in Gassho while she sat on the sofa. I walked over to her and placed my hands on either side of her head about six inches over her head to allow the energy to come into her crown. I felt a rush of God’s grace and forgiveness come in and fill her up. This was a profound experience for me and for her and caused her tears of joy. She said she had never felt God’s energy like that before and felt forgiven. At the next session, I asked her how she was feeling about the affair and she looked surprised and said she had forgotten all about it and there wasn’t a charge anymore. Additionally she felt free of the pain of her parent’s divorce and all the criticisms as a child. All this work was conducted in one session, where if I had used my counseling tools to address these issues, it would have normally taken six to 12 sessions.

Reiki Gives a Man His Life Back

A few short weeks ago, Peggy Woltjer’s life was shattered as doctors at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina informed her that nothing else could be done for her husband, Gene. Delegated to spend the last few weeks of his life in a local Charlotte hospice, all they could do was try to make him comfortable as he lay dying.

Peggy is my co-worker and a good friend. I asked her if it would be okay to add his name to a Reiki Healing List. She tearfully said that she would be very grateful if someone could make his last few weeks more comfortable. I contacted Reiki Master and teacher Germaine Galjour. Germaine does her distant healing every morning between 6–7am. She makes green tea and with each sip she sends the Reiki throughout a person’s body, mind, spirit and closes it off with a 24/7 follow-up for the next day. She went right to work, along with an army of other Reiki healers.

Gene immediately had a sea-change. The results were not gradual—it was a sudden transformation. The attending physician immediately ordered a new MRI. The results were unexpected and unexplainable to the medical staff.

Gene’s journey began years ago in the rice patties of Vietnam. As an 18-year-old Marine serving his country in the Vietnam War between the years of 1967 and 1968, he was repeatedly exposed to the controversial toxin, Agent Orange. Decades after returning, he constantly suffered from a myriad of what the U. S. Department of Veterans Affairs refers to as “presumptive ailments” that have since been linked by that agency to exposure to Agent Orange.

Yet, in spite of the expected outcome, Gene was sent home from hospice; while at the time of this writing, he does not have a completely clean bill of health, his progress is beyond amazing. He is no longer having seizures, his tumors have shrunk and no new tumors have been detected, according to his latest MRI. One of the doctors, who didn’t want his name mentioned in an article, said that “this is completely unprecedented.”

It is a strong presumption that when someone leaves hospice it is because the person has died; people don’t leave on their own accord. But, Gene Woltjer walked out and even stopped by Ben & Jerry’s for an ice cream sundae.

Thanks to this amazing Reiki Miracle, Gene is getting better and better! There is no longer a death sentence hanging over his head. He has a deep spiritual life and is not afraid of death, but he is happy to be able to spend many more years with his wife and son.

He is grateful for his second chance at life.

Reiki Heals Depression
One of my friends had been in an emotionally dark place for nearly a year because of failed and hurtful relationships in addition to a lack of work and income in spite of the fact that she had a college degree. She and I were out for a drink and bite to eat, and as friends do, I put my hand on her back to console her. I felt energy so strong I was actually stunned. Truthfully I hadn’t been practicing Reiki very much for quite some time at that point. Still, I felt very strongly that she needed a full session, and we did that the very next day. After her session she described her experience, and I suggested that she look into finding a Reiki Master in the area so that she could take Reiki Level I in order to do self-Reiki every day and begin to heal. Don’t you know—she actually listened! Within a week’s time, not only had she received Reiki I but also Reiki Level II during a retreat. After her four-day weekend retreat, my friend returned with a clear mind and also a new outlook on her life and her relationships and a clear focus on her future. Gone was the depressed, sad friend, gone was the deep pain and suffering. I only could see a bright, sunny and relaxed friend who had begun to heal her heart and move on in a positive direction. We both plan to take a Reiki Master course, and I have a new openness to let Reiki back into my life!

Once, when I was going to Secunderabad from Kolkata [India] by train, another passenger boarded the train. He had some neurological problems and was going to Bangalore for treatment. He was not able to recognize his family members. He had not taken any food or water for the previous four days. I thought to give him Reiki for some relief. Within an hour he woke up, recognized his family members and asked for food and water. I thanked Reiki and the gurus. Reiki does work very fast.

Reiki Turns Screams to Smiles

A young mother walked in the front door of our print shop with her three-year-old son. He was screaming at the top of his lungs while she dragged him across the floor. He anchored himself to the floor by the front door and began to scream so loudly that I could scarcely hear what his mother wanted to say. His screaming must not have been a first-time experience because his mom just ignored it. In a few, quick words, I explained Reiki to her and asked if I could send him some.

While she checked her printing, I sat on the floor next to this young boy named Nehemiah and beamed Reiki into the back of his heart chakra (he was lying on his belly) and his crown chakra. Very quickly he stopped crying and screaming, ignored me at his side and asked his mom if he could have a Tootsie Roll from the jar on the front counter.

Instant Reiki resulted in Nehemiah leaving our office all smiles! The lesson for me is “Reiki Works”—so seize every opportunity to use it.

Reiki and Epstein-Barr/Fibromyalgia

I have suffered with Epstein-Barr virus and Fibromyalgia pain since I was 19 years old. I will be 39 in May. I have seen so many doctors and have had so many tests and scans. I've been on so many medications over the past 20 years. Until recently I was taking 90mg of Morphine three times a day. I also had three vertebrates fused in my back a year ago and since the surgery the discs above and below the fusion were bulging causing pain. The Morphine helped very little with my pain. Upon waking I walked like I had polio. It hurt to sit, to stand, to walk. I would not shake hands with anyone because of my hand pain. My joint pain was the worst; every joint hurt all the time. I would wince just to bend my arm. I felt like this while taking the morphine. I prayed to die just to end the pain I endured each day.

Reiki stopped all of the pain with the help of a wonderful Reiki Master, Susanna Glaze! It took approximately four months. I had four treatments a week. The treatments lasted 90 minutes to two hours. She did this and never asked for anything in return. I did bring her crafts and art to trade for the Reiki treatments and she always said it was too much. I now pay her and it will never be enough because my pain is gone and I am off all morphine. My life has changed so dramatically in the last four months. My husband is astounded. My friends can hardly believe this miracle. They are all grateful. No one is as grateful as I am. I have healed physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I could not have done this without the love and compassion of my good friend Susanna. She taught me that the true meaning of Reiki is love, and there is nothing like the healing human touch. Susanna is now teaching me Reiki; and to honor its tradition and history. I wish more people knew that Reiki really works.
