As part of a shared suite of wellness professionals, our space is designed to support healing on every level—mind, body, and spirit—conveniently located just off the 301/3 intersection, near Mary Washington Urgent Care.
Brooke is equipped with 20+ years of experience as a dual-licensed Massage Therapist & Esthetician, blending a variety of modalities to create a deeply personalized session—whether you’re seeking relief from chronic tension, emotional support, or a quiet place to reset and reconnect.

• Swedish, Deep Tissue, Medical & Prenatal Massage
• Ashiatsu + expanded barefoot techniques (coming soon!!!)

Outside of the studio Brooke is deeply dedicated to her kitties 🐈⬛, chatting with the local crows 🐦⬛ outside, getting creative 🎨, spending time with friends, & enjoying the adventure in her own backyard.
